This is one of a series of lithographs based on a box of antique sewing threads that belonged to my mother.
It is a variable edition of 12 printed with oil based ink onto 300gsm Somerset paper. This is a variable edition, as some of the prints have been hand coloured with watercolour paint, and some have had image transfers of the original photograph added to them . This one, 2/12, has been enhanced with an image transfer.
The image is 10 x 10 cm, torn to the edge and mounted on cartridge paper size 15 × 15cm. Please note that this print comes unframed, the image showing a framed version is for illustration purposes only. Although I have tried to photograph the print realistically, colours and light can vary according to which device it is viewed on.
All artworks posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed which (usually!) arrives the next day after dispatch before 1pm.
Artworks sent to Europe and beyond are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, and usually arrive within a week of dispatch. The price for Global Shipping is set to cater for different sizes and weights of artworks; I always refund the customer the excess amount if the actual cost when I get to the Post Office works out cheaper. International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country, payable by the customer on receipt.
